On 25-30 November 2021, EkoNiva held a crash course in team building for the key employees of the company on the premises of Kaluzhskaya Niva.

Thirty specialists, in particular, chief herd managers, agronomists and technicians of EkoNiva enterprises in Kaluga and Ryazan oblasts took part in the training programme. Theoretical and hands-on sessions focused on improving personal effectiveness and professional teamwork skills. The participants were tasked with developing optimal team interaction patterns, learning how to work in a supportive climate and conducting business negotiations.

As a result of sound team arrangement, all the Holding’s subdivisions work like a well-oiled machine, assisting each other and tapping into the common competence pool’, comments Maksim Potapov, Deputy Head of Personnel Training and Development Department, EkoNiva-APK Holding.

As part of the practical sessions, the specialists arranged an impromptu briefing, where they learned to optimise the operational processes and set clear production goals. In 2022, EkoNiva plans to hold similar sessions for key personnel from other regions of the Group’s presence.
